These individuals are dedicated to building a world class company by helping M-Factor deliver real value to consumer marketing organizations.

Tim Connors
Mr. Connors brings extensive experience in enterprise software development to our board as an investor with U.S. Venture Partners and, earlier, with Sequoia Capital. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Mr. Connors served in several engineering, marketing, manufacturing and sales roles at C-Cube Microsystems and Tandem Computers. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame.

Phil Delurgio
Mr. Delurgio currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of M-Factor, which he founded. Previously, he was part of the founding team at DemandTec, a leading software company in the consumer demand management space. Mr. Delurgio has nearly two decades of experience in developing sophisticated marketing analytics and analytical software for marketing companies at DemandTec, Booz•Allen and Nestlé.

Jim Lussier
Mr. Lussier is a General Partner with Norwest Venture Partners.  Previously, he was vice president and general manager of the direct e-commerce solutions division of Beyond.com Corporation, where he also served as vice president of operations, responsible for category management, transaction processing, demand fulfillment, and customer service.  Prior to Beyond.com, Jim managed Accenture's electronics and high technology strategy practice for North America. Jim has also held executive positions at Booz Allen & Hamilton and Metaphor Computer Systems, which became a subsidiary of IBM.

Brian Miller
Mr. Miller currently serves as Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances and as a Director of Pay By Touch.  Previously, he had a 28-year career with Accenture, where he focused on building the firm's CRM practice and establishing key strategic relationships with Siebel, PeopleSoft, and Blue Martini.  During his tenure at Accenture, Mr. Miller served as the Managing Partner of the firm's Consumer Products/Retail practice for the West Coast.  He also led Accenture's Silicon Valley Business Launch Center.  Mr. Miller received MBA and BSE degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Craig Ramsey
Since launching his career in technology with IBM in 1968, Mr. Ramsey has helped three pre-public startups grow to over a billion dollars in revenue, and most recently has served on the board of Salesforce.com as it has grown to nearly a $400 million run rate within two years of the IPO. Earlier, Mr. Ramsey served as executive vice president of worldwide sales for Siebel Systems, where he oversaw the company's sales growth from $4 million in revenues to more than $1.5 billion. Prior to Siebel, Mr. Ramsey was vice president of U. S. sales at Oracle Corporation. He previously held positions at Amdahl and other high-technology software and hardware companies.

Neil Sadaranganey
Mr. Sadaranganey is a Partner at Bay Partners. Prior to joining the firm, he led the product management team at wireless email startup Good Technology. Previously, he was part of the founding team at Afara WebSystems, a server startup acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2002.  Earlier, Mr. Sadaranganey managed the enterprise software business for internet streaming media leader RealNetworks.  He began his career as a technical consultant at Accenture and IBM Global Services, where he managed large systems integration teams. 

Lawrence Whittle
Mr. Whittle is the Chief Executive Officer of M-Factor. He formerly served as the Managing Director and International Vice President of Nomis Solutions, the recognized leader in pricing optimization software for banking and finance. Prior to Nomis, he was Vice President, International at ProfitLogic, Inc., which provides profit optimization software for retailers. Earlier he spent seven years as Vice President EMEA of Marcam Solutions, an enterprise solutions company focused on the global CPG and process industry market.
