Engineering
- 5+ years experience in development of complex,
scaleable, and high performance enterprise applications in Java or C++
- A willingness to adopt agile development practices, including short iterations, user stories, continuous integration, shared ownership, and test-driven development
Services
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with data management, customer support, quality assurance, and/or software configuration.
- Experience with data transformation, technical troubleshooting, and configuring business software applications.
- 3-5 years experience with consumer packaged goods or retail
industries – particularly marketing / marketing research
- Superior analytic and strategic problem solving skills
- Master's degree or equivalent in Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field
- Highly developed analytical skills and facility with data sets and mathematical models
Account Manager
- Strong CPG background, ideally 3+ years in brand management
- 2+ years experience with syndicated / custom research and data
- 2-5 years experience in implementing enterprise-class business
applications, such as business intelligence, CRM, data mining or analytics packages
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
