M-Factor has an immediate opening for an Implementation Manager.
The Implementation Manager will report to the Vice President of Professional Services.
Implementation Managers drive the design, configuration, and deployment of M-Factor’s solutions for customers
such as Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, and Wendy’s.
The Implementation Managers are highly analytical, technically minded, and able to implement sophisticated software solutions.
They also possess excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills used in working directly with customers.
The position is located at the M-Factor headquarters office in San Mateo, CA. Travel will be around 20%.
Responsibilities
- Work with business users and interpret their requirements.
- Design and perform hands-on technical configuration of the solution.
- Manage the overall implementation of the solution.
- Provide ongoing support of the solution in a hosted environment.
- Help to drive the development of the Professional Services practice, creating the tools,
methodologies, and best practices within a fast-growing company.
- Collaborate in a dynamic environment with Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering,
to maximize customer value and produce world-class software.
Requirements
- Very strong technical implementation skills. Training as a software developer is not required,
but experience with programming languages and methodologies is a plus.
- Exceptional complex problem solving skills, and the ability to quickly achieve deep expertise in the domain.
- Demonstrated success at data analysis or data modeling.
- 2-5 years experience in implementing enterprise-class business applications, such as business intelligence,
CRM, data mining, or analytics packages.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).
- Experience with consumer packaged goods or retail industries is a plus.
- Technical Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus.
