M-Factor has immediate opening for Operations Analysts.
The
Operations Analysts report to the VP of Professional Services. They manage the support and maintenance of M-Factor’s hosted solutions for customers
such as Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, and Wendy’s.
The Operations Analysts are exceptionally detail-oriented,
methodical, and self-motivated. They must also be technically-minded and possess
the ability to solve complex problems.
The positions are located at the M-Factor headquarters office in San Mateo,
California. Travel is expected to be 10-20%.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and implement changes to the
configuration of customer instances.
- Set up and manage automated tests against new and
existing customer applications to ensure system stability, quality, and
accuracy.
- Manage and resolve technical issues raised by
customers or account teams.
- Work with Engineering and Product Management to resolve product issues.
- Collect, transform, and load new data regularly into existing systems.
- Provide hands-on, technical assistance with the implementations of new customers.
- Help to drive the development of the Professional Services practice, creating the tools,
methodologies, and best practices within a fast-growing company.
- Collaborate in a dynamic environment with Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering,
to maximize customer value and produce world-class software.
Requirements
- Strong technical implementation skills. Need not be
trained as a
software developer, but experience with programming languages and
methodologies is a plus.
- Data transformation and analytics,
debugging/troubleshooting
technical issues, excellent MS Excel skills. Experience with SQL, scripting
languages a plus.
- Experience supporting or implementing enterprise-class
business applications such as business intelligence, CRM, data mining, or
analytics packages.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction; experience with
support and/or quality assurance is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).
- Technical Bachelor’s
degree required.
