Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting outbound marketing activities and assisting with the development of positioning materials. This is a critical role supporting both brand awareness and sales opportunities, providing a dual contribution to company growth.

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities will include assisting with the:

  • development of marketing collateral - including datasheets, brochures, white papers, and customer success stories
  • creation of sales tools including corporate presentations, competitive comparisons, corporate and product positioning documents
  • Public Relations (PR) and Analyst relations (AR) efforts, including direct coordination with external partners
  • ongoing support of field sales
  • support of the corporate web site

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role is a strong writer who displays creativity and strong project management skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competent in PowerPoint
  • Graphic design experience preferred
  • Experience with WordPress a plus
  • Principal place of work will be in the M-Factor offices in San Mateo, CA
